  • Finest lamb from the black Hebridean sheep descended from the hardy breeds first introduced by the Vikings.

  • Succulent, low in cholesterol and full of natural goodness.
  • Crossed with native welsh hill sheep for increased carcass size whilst maintaining unique taste and meat qualities.

  •  All lamb carcasses hung for 2 - 3 weeks for extra maturity and tenderness.
  • Full and half lamb boxes available.
  • All cuts vaccum packed and freezer ready.

Typical full lamb box will contain Gigots, Shanks, Boned and rolled or diced shoulder, Racks or chops, Dice and /or soup cuts depending on lamb size.  Average lamb carcass size 11 - 14 kg
