- Full and half lamb boxes available.
- All cuts vaccum packed and freezer ready.
Typical full lamb box will contain Gigots, Shanks, Boned and rolled or diced shoulder, Racks or chops, Dice and /or soup cuts depending on lamb size. Average lamb carcass size 11 - 14 kg
